Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be notified to the AJBCC in writing to events@ajbcc.com.au before the cancellation can be processed. Cancellations will not be deemed as received until you have written confirmation from AJBCC. If you have not received acknowledgement within 2 business days, please contact the AJBCC on events@ajbcc.com.au If the cancellation is not received in writing, the registration will not be cancelled and full registration will still be payable. 

Cancellations received in writing by AJBCC more than 14 days prior to the event will be accepted and all fees refunded less an administration fee. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. However, transfer of your registration to another person is possible. The full name and address details of the new guest must be advised in writing to the AJBCC. Online registration received by the AJBCC is considered to be confirmed by the guest. No tentative bookings will be accepted.
